Roommates and friends, seeking to build a closer relationship with God on their journey together, we decided to do devotionals together and share our thoughts with those who care to listen.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 (NIV)
Pray continually

When and where should we pray?  Well, according to several passages in the Bible, it doesn't matter when and it doesn't matter where.  We can pray anywhere and anytime.

Daniel 6:10 (NIV)
Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem.  Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.

Daniel had a specific time and a specific place that he would pray on a very regular basis.  We should have a specific time and place, a meeting with God.  He is, after all, our Saviour.  We probably find ourselves neglecting spending specific time with Him alone because our lives are just "so busy".  We may be at church every day of the week for different activities, but are we taking time to meet with God alone?

Praying! Where and when should we do it?

Well the answer is real simple. Anywhere, Everywhere and continually.

"17Never stop praying." - 1st Thessalonians 5:17 (NLT)
